Dr. Raymond E. Meadors is a Licensed Psychologist (PSY-2092), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-1292), and Licensed Addiction Counselor (ACD-50), having earned the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale.

Before devoting his time exclusively to psychological practice, Dr. Meadors possessed licensure and ordination in a religious denomination that numbers 300,00 churches and registers outstations in over 212 countries and territories, while serving approximately 60 million adherents worldwide. Dr. Meadors international outreach includes encouraging and equipping in diverse regions of the world, including Central and South America, Canada, the Caribbean, Russia, South Africa, along with numerous onsite locations in Europe.

Dr. Meadors and Carol Farrington Meadors are parents of two married daughters, one adult son, along with six grandchildren.  Raymond and Carol reside in Denver, Colorado, surrounded by the incomparable Rocky Mountains.
