FEE SCHEDULE
FREE 45-minute consultation for therapist and client to determine if this is the appropriate placement for you. Therapy rates range from $75-$125 (range based on licensed professional counselor or psychologist; supplemental assistance from other sources) per 50-60 minute session for individual therapy. Fee for Group Therapy is $45 per group member for each 90-minute session. Insurance is not accepted as the initial form of payment, but if client has mental health benefits included in their Health Care Insurance, LIFE FOCUS will sign off on paperwork to be filed with Insurance Provider for reimbursement.
